Supervisor:

 Petr Bob, PhD.

Short project description:

The project aims to investigate complex  relationship between traumatic stress exposure, autonomic dysregulation and endocrine dysregulation, mainly in stress responsive hypothalamo-pituitary-adrenal axis. The methodology is based on psychometric assessment of stress exposure level and dissociative psychopathology, psychophysiological mesurement (EDA, HRV) and endocrine analysis in a group of depressed pacients.

Project goals:

The project tends to identify specific role of dissociation processes in etiopathogenesis of stress exposure consequences in affective disorders.
